Terms & ConditionsAll mail orders are £3.50 P&P, irrelevant of order size to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. All other orders are priced according to the weight of your order and is shown in your shopping basket. We aim to get UK orders to you within 7 days. Orders outside the UK are send by airmail and leave our workshop with 3 days of receipt of your order. Payment processing is via Paypal. You can either pay by using your Paypal account or if you do not have one you can use your debit/credit card details without logging into Paypal. If you do not wish to pay via Paypal you can continue through to the payment screen so that your order is logged by our website and then complete your order by calling us directly on 01293 863606 to arrange payment. Returns Policy If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, you can do so anytime from placing your order up to 7 working days after the day on which you recieved the goods. You will need to inform us by post, email or fax and we will offer you a refund in full. In case of any damages or incorrect products you should inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. We will arrange with you to return goods for a replacement, a full replacement or a refund - whichever is most suitable. All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current standard rate. The prices shown are valid for sales worldwide. NO VAT refunds given.
